This loft can accommodate a couple with one or two children, since upstairs there is a 160*200 bed, a dressing room and a bathroom (only WC and washbasin), and on the ground floor a 140*190 bed and another bathroom (WC, sink and shower).
In the large kitchen living room (equipped with a large fridge-freezer, hotplates, microwave oven and dishwasher as well as everything needed for cooking) there is a 32-inch TV equipped with Google Cast.
Under the stairs there is a small utility room with washing machine and everything needed for daily cleaning.
There are two air conditioning units (one on the ground floor and one upstairs) as well as a powerful ceiling fan over the ground floor bed and a wood stove next to the sideboard.
The yard has a mini swimming pool (160*240 cm, oxygen system) and a table and 4 chairs under the pergola for the exclusive use of apartment 5.

NB Apartments 5 and 6 can communicate simply by opening a door, so the whole house can be privatized by booking both apartments simultaneously. It will thus be able to accommodate 7 people (4 in the 5 and 3 in the 6).
