In case of cancellation by the traveller, we undertake to refund the deposit for the following reasons and on presentation of proof:
- Illness or accident that makes impossible to travel or death affecting either the traveller or a familiar
- A professional occured circumstance requiring the imperative presence of the traveller
Events involving cases of force majeure (wars, attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) as well as flight cancellations result in automatic compensation from the insurance included in the credit card with which the traveller will have paid for his reservation.
On the other hand, unjustified cancellation from the sole will of the traveller cannot give rise to any refund.
